Refused to charge me for ‘speedy manicure’ and instead charged full manicure even though I had 8 minute manicure, cut my own nails, and didn’t get polish. Was told bc I chose to get cuticles cut (bc they started 15mins late I didn’t have time to stay), that even though I didn’t get polish they had to charge me. Very poor customer experience and won’t be going back
