I had an appointment but was kept waiting for quite a some time. I had booked an ‘Express Pedicure’ and it was certainly quick - a cursory nail trim and nail file then two coats of polish. No dialogue with the technician apart from confirming the colour. It felt quite unfriendly and I won’t be going back.

I booked a nail tidy manicure which included cuticle work as described below but they insisted that I booked an Express manicure which was just a colour refresh. So I left with painted nails but with massive cuticles, which was my main concern. So it was a waste of time and money.
