Arrived and told to sit down, as the other lady would be back soon. I waited 10-15 min before the lady arrived - they weren’t expecting me as there was an issue and so my treatwell booking wasn’t clearly showing on their system. I was then redirected to their other location, and after a further 10 min wait, my treatment began. So it was a bit of a faff and not the best first impression, but the staff were friendly, the manicurist gave good advice and the resident dog was cute as!
