This was my third time at Swanky, and previously I have had a good experience. However the wax left me with a large red patch of burnt/irritated skin. I went back to the salon to explain this and was told that Sophie the manager would give me a call back but I haven’t heard anything. It’s a shame as previously I liked and would have recommended the salon, but this isn’t the experience you expect for the price point.
