Turned up for my appointment after travelling for 40 minutes on the bus, and getting a babysitter. The lady did not open the door. I knocked and rang the bell for 15 minutes in the rain, I rang her phone which had been switched off, and I emailed her. I still have not had an email or explanation to why she didn't let me know she couldn't do the appointment. I had to travel the 40 minutes back home again and pay my babysitter for nothing. Unfortunately I wouldn't trust a 'home based' salon again.

Keeley is amazing at what she does and makes you feel so at ease when getting your hair done. The colour looks beautiful, and lifted exactly how I wanted it. Would definitely go back! If anything I'd go back just for her chat. Thanks Kiki! Xxx

Walked into Kiki’s today with the dullest hair after trying to dye it myself over lockdown. I left feeling unreal! I had highlights, a tint and toner on my hair and it turned out better than I thought it would because of how bad the colour was before. The atmosphere was so unbelievably relaxed and she is the chattiest and loveliest woman who you can just tell would get along with anyone. I spent ages searching for a hairdresser around liverpool and now I’ve finally found one- I will be back x
