Kiki was an absolutely lovely person & I enjoyed her company. But unfortunately I'm upset with what she did to my hair. It looks awful & it's not what I asked for (a trim). I went in with my curly hair down & dry. I asked for a dry cut thinking that my hair would be cut with the curl pattern. Kiki ragged at it with a comb then just cut away with blunt scissors that looked like ones from my office. I lost 2.5 years worth of length, it destroyed my ringlets and left me with basically a mullet.

Highlights are gorgeous and Kiki is so friendly and has a great attitude, I recommend if you are thinking of booking with her to give her a direct call or text. Best highlights I've had,
While I was there she also squeezed me in for hair extensions:). I'm very happy with my service and I'll definitely be booking again
