This is the worst experience in a dental practice I’ve ever experienced. I went for a scale and polish today . The procedure lasted only 10 minutes . In that time I had to stop her three times as the pressure was too high on the descaler and was causing me pain and discomfort and she eventually turned the pressure down . She also managed to cut my inside gum with the polisher probably from rushing . I complained at reception as I was bleeding . All 3 receptionists said nothing not even an apology . Even the dental nurse who was also standing at reception just stared and said nothing . All they wanted was the £32 and told me to email the manager . Disgusting service . As someone who works in the health profession I am appalled at the service and practice here . I am in the process of emailing the manager and have already contacted the CQC and made a formal complaint . I would not recommend anyone going here .

Professional doctors and friendly reception staff. Very good price compare to other London dental practice. I'm very satisfied from treatment I have received at SW11 medical. I will fully recommend this place.
The dentist was excellent in terms of explanation of treatment. She was extremely professional and polite. I was very glad to have a scaling done at this practice.
