Rana was so friendly and welcoming! This was my first visit, and I brought a picture of the haircut I had in mind. As soon as Rana started working, it was clear she knew exactly what to do. I was so impressed with the finished result—it turned out even better than I expected. I would absolutely recommend Rana, and I’m so glad to have finally found a hairdresser I can stick with!

It was okay, however a few things I seriously question. No offer of a water/tea/coffee. Assumed where my parting would be, rather than checking in. Cut hair shorter than asked and also lots of uneven bits when washed next time. I didn't like that the recommendation, when asked, was based on what was trending rather than what suited my face better.
