A nice treatment as before, and relaxing. Unfortunately the reflexology hasn't help my chronic migraine situation as hoped.

My visit to Suzanne was great. I had slight trouble finding her house but once I eventually got there she put me at ease! The massage itself was very gentle and thorough.

Beautiful rural setting in a gorgeous mill cottage in the grounds of the Longford Castle Estate . Absolutely perfect before we even start the massage ! The room was lovely , nice ambience, warm, relaxing with soft music. The couch had an electric blanket on it ....that was so cosy. I was covered by blankets and made comfortable with leg and head cushions. Suzanne did my front legs and neck and shoulders...then I turned over and she did the backs of my legs and my back. It was so relaxing that even though we were chatting I was drifting off to sleep. The lovely smell of the oils, the warmth and the massage was all very theraputic and I had my best nights sleep for ages.. My husband had given me a voucher for this full body massage and I would definitely have it again ( my birthday is next month ! ) .Quite a few of my friends go to Suzanne and everybody says the same....that she's wonderful ! And I asked to meet the adorable Maisie on my way out...full of beans and so cute. Yes Thank you Suzanne 10 out of 10. Xx

Before my visit my legs were screaming at me from a very long weekend run. My deep tissue massage eased the pain in IT band and overall my legs were easier and comfortable within a couple of hours. A much better experience than some of the sports massages I have endured. Felt really relaxed and energised after.
