Huge language barrier not with Susan, but the nail tech. Found they talked in own language alot which can make you feel a little uncomfortable. But Susan done amazing job on my eyelashes. Felt nails took a bit too long as was there 5 hours in total. But will go back for lashes.

I am so happy with my gel nails that I had done! I booked in before Christmas having never been to Susan before. I was welcomed to a clean station. There was a wide range of colours to choose from and I am happy with the final result.
I was also super impressed with how flexible the team was. I asked on a whim if they had any eyebrow appointments too (a week before Christmas!) and they managed to squeeze me in!
So happy, I will 100% be going back again! Thank you
