I’ve been going to Susan’s for year’s now used to go canton branch before and now city road i think all the staff are amazing. I have recommended them to my family and friends and most them go to Susan’s.

Awful. I provided pictures of the curved layers my naturally wavy hair requires but that made no difference - hair is cut too short, baseline is uneven and there’s a massive thick layer that requires a taxi service. I’ll find someone else to fix this
