With certifications in massage therapy, personal training and exercise referral, I combine clinical insight with a whole-person approach to recovery and performance. As a fitness enthusiast with a love for the outdoors — from mountain biking to aerial fitness — I understand the toll physical activity (and life!) can take on your body. My own journey through injuries, burnout and the cost of neglecting self-care fuels my mission: to help you feel stronger, more mobile and more in control of your health, without waiting for things to go wrong.
