A Cute, fresh and sleek looking salon. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. You definitely get value for money. Treatments are completed to the maximum quality and my nails looked great after a Mani/Pedi! Relaxing atmosphere, my new regular salon! Highly recommend!

I am a regular customer and have been since 2010 who chooses to drive that little bit further for the professional and friendly service which Suprina Spa & Salon provide. The girls are all so helpful and lovely and always make you feel at home. The service and treatments are always exceptional and carried out in the most professional manner. The offers and prices cannot be beaten and I wouldn't go anywhere else. It is so nice to go to an establishment where the staff are more like a family and enjoy what they are doing rather than a typical salon where you are just another customer. x

This was mine and my mother's very first visit to Suprina Spa & Salon, thanks to my brother's gift wowcher for her birthday, and I'm positive it won't be the last.
Upon first entering the Cobden Hotel, where the salon is located, we were intrigued about what would come out of our first salon/spa experience, but after the initial hesitancy the staff at Suprina made us feel very welcome as though we were already existing customers of theirs, which helped us relax and made us enjoy our experience that much more!
Suprina's cleanliness is of exceptional standard as is the reasonable pricing. No promotional products are forced upon you and we were comfortable paying the small price for the products they sell.
The therapeutic back massage was just that - including relaxing music in the background, smells that seem to be constant in the salon, and the private sector which is towards the back of the salon. The girls who are designated to you, doing the massage maintain a steady pace throughout the massage and are quick to ensure you are comfortable and the pressure is okay for you; for me, the massage was heavenly and my mother agrees.
Post massage, I had a manicure - prior to the massage we were kindly asked to pick a colour of our choice for our nails.
Before the manicure begins, there is a chart on the wall that caters to different nail types, whether you have brittle nails, ridged nails, etc. And a varnish is used that is the solution to your nail type.
Further questions are asked depending on what shape you would like your nails to be, if you would like a second coat added and general chitchat which is something I really appreciated - making the experience all the more better.
Free advice is given and the staff happily answer any questions thrown at them.
Lastly, my package ended with a pedicure which was done by the same lady who massaged me, and again I was utterly pleased with the end result!
I didn't have a facial but my mom is constantly repeating how amazing her skin feels, and she is delighted with it's current appearance post facial; she is currently still glowing and her skin looks beautifully dewy.
As a treat, I was offered a FREE skin map consultation, even though I didn't choose a facial treatment, and my skin was analysed and I received a copy of what my skin type is a the skin care routine I should be using for young skin.
Their high-end dermalogica range is vast and suits a variety skin types and I'm certain my mother would strongly recommend the products as she got to test the products first-hand.
We ended up purchasing the skin care kits we were recommended for very reasonable prices and overall the experience was amazing and they definitely have a regular!
Cannot recommend Suprina and the girls there highly enough!

I regularly use the salon for gel nails, they have lasted for up to three weeks and look fab and for a good price. The girls there so friendly and welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I use this salon now for all my treatments and wouldn't go anywhere else anymore.

I can not fault the customer service! Staff where great, friendly and attentive!
Although I personally didn't have any of the treatments myself, I can see that they where completed to a high standard, and I look forward to booking myself in for treatments.
