I had a deep tissue massage, the therapist was very informative and helpful. The room is not very relaxing but the treatment is highly effective.

It was slightly odd going to have a massage at the Maudsley Hospital, but I thought the treatment itself was great. My muscles were so tight that it was uncomfortable in places when she was working out the knots, but I can definitely feel the difference now in my shoulders. She gave me some tips on stretches to do and how to configure my work desk to reduce tension for the future. I'd definitely go again.
