Wonderful! Conor is highly professional, gentle and dedicated. His myofascial release massage really helped soothing chronic aches in my shoulders and back. I felt so relaxed afterwards. He also recommended some Pilates exercises to do at home. I highly recommend him.

Conor made me feel welcome from the get go. He sent me a reminder of the appointment and directions. Once I reached the clinic he put me at ease. I never had a fascia release massage before so I didn’t known what to expect. I had tried a range of holistic therapies before but this massage was truthfully one of the best healing experiences I had in my life. Conor started the session with a quick consultation and clearly listened well as tailored the treatment perfectly. Conor is incredibly intuitive and clearly knows his stuff, I felt immediate loosening in the areas I'd asked to be addressed. The massage ran beyond the allotted time (he did check that was okay for me) which made it clear he was keen to help the problem areas and complete the job thoroughly. He also offered follow up advice and support - a fantastic experience from a true pro.
