As someone who has a regular weekly massage to relax, unwind and for my own peace of mind, I know a good massage when I get one. And wow did I get one!
I saw Conor's advert and decided to give him ago as he is clearly well qualified in this field and also runs a helpful blog setting out helpful tips and advice on a range of health related issues. Upon arrival Conor was friendly and welcoming and provided a free bottle of water. He asked if I had any underlying concerns that I wanted the massage to address and signposted me to proof of his extensive qualifications.
During the treatment itself he kept asking how I was feeling, whilst providing me with helpful advice. Whilst I booked in for an hour and half session, it (unfortunately) flew by as I was always put an ease throughout the treatment. In fact I enjoyed it so much I booked in for five more sessions and will be using him as one of my regular masseurs in the future.
