Felt at ease straight away with Connor. Took time to find out what was going on so that he could focus on the areas in my back and shoulder that needed work.
Very different style from massages I've had in the past. Normally they push the knots out, but Connor applied focused pressure on the worst areas, which lead to a great feeling of relief and me leaving feeling energised rather than slightly dozy.
Highly recommend and currently planning when I can have my next one!
