This was my first visit to Supha Thai. I suffer with hip stiffness and as a result also lower back pain. I have been under a Chiropractor for over 12 months now and whilst I have seen the benefits, I thought I would try a deep tissue Thai massage to see if this would help. It has been 3 days now since the massage and I am delighted with how my whole body feels. I can feel a difference with the flexibility within my hips and I most certainly will book another massage with the lovely Su.
