Today my haircut was interrupted 3/4 times as Sarah took all the incoming calls. The hair cut was so so. I did request her to make it short. Generally she runs the blower at the end, but today my hair was wet and as I completed my shopping, I felt very cold. Every other time she had been superb. It must have been an off day.
