Sarah listened patiently to my requirements, explained how she’d go about cutting my hair, made sure that I was happy with the outcome at each stage of the wash & cut process, and finally made recommendations for the next time I visited them. The combination manicure + pedicure I received from Najoua at Supercuts Cobham was great and superb value for money given the quality of the treatment which was thorough, attentive and professional. Plus Najoua was very helpful in determining the choice of colour which she 'doctored' to make it extra shimmery. Definitely recommended.

Arrived for my appointment which could not be fulfilled by the salon as there was no one there who could do waxing! Was told they would issue refund - I have received nothing. Contacted Treatwell - I have heard nothing. Services should not be advertised and money taken in advance if it cannot be fulfilled.
