Zakia was a lovely lady, not sure if English was her first language. I had booked a fringe trim, and explained to her I’d like it to be eyebrow length. She cut it way above the eyebrow - in fact it was an inch at least above them. A micro fringe was not what I asked for. She then pushed my fringe down as if to make it look longer. I was really disappointed but didn’t complain as I didn’t want t get her into trouble
