I usually have excellent cut and colour at Cobham Supercuts, but this time I had Kelly who is quite new. The colour is uneven and her application was very slapdash. She forgot the boding treatment all together and went straight for conditioner, so I reminded her and she slapped on the moisture boost on top rather than the bonding treatment. She then had trouble getting a comb through my hair, tried to blow dry before cutting and only cut the back not sides! I will be asking for Sarah next time!
