I had my overgrown pixie cut into a slightly longer Mia Farrow cut. Katie was very friendly and easily recreated my desired cut from a photo. She asked me throughout what I wanted and made sure I didn't get too hairy. Overall the cut was very choppy, textured and layered - exactly what I wanted - and I felt comfortable with the whole experience. Thank you 🙂
