The hairdressers are brilliant, but the lady out the back ignored me waiting, even though I booked my appointment. Katie and the other hairdresser were busy, and they told her twice that I was waiting, but she was out back on her phone. I kept looking at her and she totally ignored me. After being told again she finally came over. If I hadn’t had my appointment booked, then I would have just given up waiting. It was worth it in the end, as Katie gave me the best cut I ever had. Thank you Katie x
