I booked online and I was told I would pay £14.90 at the salon. On having my hair cut I was then charged £15.90. On querying this I was told the extra pound was for PPE. This is not explained when you book. I paid in cash and was given the incorrect change so actually paid even more.
When I washed my hair the next day I had to recut my fringe because it was so badly cut.
I certainly will not be returning to Supercuts for any hair cut in the future

My young daughter waited for an hour and half for her appointment while my hair was being done. Not impressed by the lack of care for a customer or by the poor cleanliness of the place.

I’d left my phone at home that had the pic of the cut and style I wanted but described it to Louise and she did an amazing job! It was better than previous cuts. Really pleased.
