Very rushed experience. Nice cuts but did not check we were content with our son's cut at the end, just said 'all done' and moved onto my daughter. Daughter's hair was left wet so asked for it to be dried and it was given a cursory blow for 30 seconds. Again, no checking if content. Did make us feel like we were a nuisance, which is a shame. Will be unlikely to return
