The salon is basic, no fancy head massages or glasses of wine, but the hair cut I received was one of the best I have had for 6 months, will be going back, going to try highlights next time

The ovetall experience of my haircut was excellent. However, I felt I left with a finished style that I was not completely hoping for. I think this is because of time restraints on the expected appointment length and the new price banding which is based on the number of inches of hair to be cut. This limits scope for restyling of the cut. Style choice appears to be for generally trending styles rather than customer choice or stylsits abilities to innovate. My stylist was excellent. Thanks
