I left your salon with my hood firmly up. Hiding my hair cut rather than showing it off. I have never felt so embarrassed or close to tears. From the very beginning I felt very uneasy with her technique. I have never had a bobbed hair cut start with the sides!? To then move on to the back!? My hair has always been sectioned and worked through. But my hair was just all combed down wet and cut free hand. I now have an uneven cut. With the sides being shorter than the back. I won't be returning!!

Just one quibble: I just had a dry cut because it was quick. However, the stylist was also in charge of the desk and had to leave me two times, once for a very fussy customer at the desk.
