The therapist was suffering from an eye infection and as a result was not as good as might be normally expected. The gel removal was very slow and one nail bed was hurt. The gel application was fine.

Katie asked what I wanted and kept checking that things were progressing the way I wanted throughout my cut. She was most agreeable and did what I asked of her. I am very pleased with the results of her skill and effort. She was most considerate of all my needs. I’ll be back!

Asked for a trim and 5 inches were cut off. He didn’t check before cutting as has been my experience everywhere else so by the time I could see the damage it was too late. I asked for a little bit of shaping around my face and he cut in a full side fringe which is awful and heavy. Cried for the rest of the day. Can’t wear my hair down as it looks so bad, I’m embarrassed. Will be going to another hairdressers to attempt to fix it but it’s likely I will have to wait for it to grow out. Devastated.
