Would love to post a photo but unfortunately I can’t. Went in asking for a light ashy blonde with lowlights came out with brown hair with highlights and warm toned. Only had my hair highlighted twice and hair lifts very easily so not an issue with previous dies on my hair just came out with a complete wrong colour. No one’s fault but wouldn’t go here again for colour. Katy worked very hard and followed managers instructions so not her fault.
