Pls note Florin is still training / newly qualified. I asked for an inch off & layers to be put in but left with a large chunk of my hair cut shorter on one one side & no attempt of layers on the other. I’ve been growing my hair to get married so I was devastated when I got home and realised. Katie was brilliant and did her best to save my hair from having to be cut shoulder length but in total had about 6 inches off so not ideal- the manager also really lovely. I’d go back for them for sure
