I asked for my hair to be trimmed to the same length and after the initial cut there was no checking done, I was left with odd long bits throughout my hair. Even the blow dry was not up to the usual standard. Extremely disappointed on this occasion.

It was the first time my hair had been cut by Zakia, but she was lovely, kind, gentle and my hair looks and feels great.
My only grumble is that when I tried to phone for an appointment, I was referred on Line and there I could not choose my stylist.
