Haircut was just very mediocre and basic : didn’t do what I asked for and was basically the standard I could achieve at home with some clippers. Very disappointing with Luiz. Honestly want a refund for £34.95

I had such a wonderful experience with Najoua! I was really worried about my hair, especially my awkward-growing out fringe, but Najoua completely understood what I was trying to achieve. I absolutely love my new haircut and it honestly made my day.
