I turned up for my appointment in Cobham and it was shut. I was notified that the venue had been shut for 4 weeks yet I received a reminder from Treatwell. I have submitted a complaint and await my refund for £44.93
The venue has closed. My appointment was brought forward because of this. I have an appointment (paid) with Najoua at Cobham on 2nd May and hope I will be informed of her new location well before that date.
Najoua is a true professional and did a fantastic job as always.
Even with the challenge of the Supercuts closing in Sainsburys after being so successful.
It is sad that this has happened, however I hope to follow Najoua to wherever she goes next.
