Sam was really goood at a curly blow dry even though my hair isn’t easy to manage as it’s so thick, wavy & frizzy! But she achieved amazing results.

Worst experience, hair cut looks like, it was cut at home. Paid £45 for a hair cut which looks terrible. My daughter wanted to donate her hair to charity so it was put in a ponytail but the hairdresser cut it way too short, despite me repeatedly saying to cut it at shoulder length. Very disappointed
