I agreed to pay for a favorite hair color. I wanted my hair to be dyed with smoke but in the end it wasn't as good as I expected it to be.

Not happy with the service though Zara was nice enough. I was seen 40 minutes after my appointment time. I believe she accepted a walk in just before my appointment. I didn’t get the moisture boost treatment I paid for. The salon was messy and I noticed that there was an eaten lollie pop stick on the shelf in front of my chair- quite unhygienic given the current situation. Towels were stained and ragged. The haircut was uneven and not what I asked for. My BF had to cut the longer sections.

The cut was awful and rushed, both sides of my hair look completely different. Color was not what I wanted, some parts of my hair did not get any toner in them so i have random chunks of bleached blonde in my brown hair
