Since it was my first cut in the UK I was feeling a bit anxious, but from the moment I arrived Chan was incredibly friendly and fun, which made me feel completely relaxed. Even had a few laughs during the cut.
Even though it was a simple clippers cut she made sure to always let me know what she was doing and was super flexible, which made me feel in complete control of the cut. Chan went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible and the end result was perfect!

I took my daughter there first time, the staff at the salon were very friendly, as soon as we went in straight away my daughter felt very comfortable with zara, instantly they both were chatting away while i shopped around. she really loved the end results. Next time i may go in for mine too! Thanks a lot zara you were brilliant.
