Very happy with my hair cut and blow dry by Cami, she has done my hair before too and as always is amazing. Reception team do need better customer service training as they’re unsure about vouchers on Treatwell, they explained they are a franchise and have nothing to do with Treatwell when my initial appointment was booked via Treatwell. End experience did put me off returning as previously I would choose to travel to Ilford just for this Supercuts when I have 2 other Supercuts near me.

The salon is placed in a good spot in the Ilfor Exchange and can be reached easily by bus or train. It is a well lit and welcoming place with the staff friendly and ready to help. I also enjoy the background music playing in the shop which relaxes me and puts me at ease.
