I asked for JUST A TRIM but when I stood up I was shocked at how much of my hair was on the floor...now that I've washed it and it's not straight I can see that about 5 INCHES has been cut off....I thought she was just cutting my layers, not taking all of my length out ...I am vey upset because I loved my long hair and now it's only 2/3inches below my shoulder. :(
The fringe that she has done, I will need to finish the job tomorrow, i see after washing that it's very poorly done and unfinished.

If you want your hair done to a top standard this is the place to go, Leanna was absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite and puts you at ease, definitely listened to what I wanted and my hair was better then I expected, loved the surprised blow dry at the end.
