Went for a simple refresh of my bob, that I’ve had done before at the same salon by Leanne (lovely lady and talented) and left with strands of hair longer than the rest, my fringe chopped in one straight line (I have asked her to stop touching it after one chop), desperate to see me out of the door. Scratched throughout with the scissors, wet to my bra and hair under my top. Careless and uninterested is an understatement.
