Nice and clean etc but no one manning the phones so at one point I was left with wet hair in the sink whilst my stylist tended to phones and a customer who had walked in. Otherwise like my haircut and stylist was friendly.

They couldn’t find my booking and the lady kept asking me if I received booking confirmation which I did. I booked with Zara which means I read reviews and I want my hair done by Zara but without even asking me she said I’m going to book you with myself after my lunch break! The reason I booked through treatwell because I want to book with the stylist I want and the time I want.They need to fix their treatwell.
NB. I didn’t get any haircut in the end because I wasn’t happy with appointment
