not what I wanted, showed a picture, it was nothing like it, hair wasn't toned in places. Took 5 hours, had to go again next day to get toned, another 1.5 hour. Still wasn't anything like the picture. Was a really good attempt for creating your own style, asked for balayage, showed picture a few times, she said that's fine she can do, looks like a normal highlight from home. Don't like it at all. Was willing to pay for what I wanted but I didn't. Want my money back
