I lost a lot of my hair even though I asked for a refresh and a slight trim at most I was willing to lose 2-3 inches but lost around 5-6 on my layers. I was really shocked but it did look great, it just wasn't what I asked for or expected

My appointment was originally supposed to be with Farda but she couldn’t come into work and I turned up to my appointment as scheduled having missed the call from the salon. Chantelle was really accommodating and managed to fit me in even though she had a full day.
Friendly and welcoming, Chantelle did an excellent job of cutting my hair, I’m really fussy and she was honest with what I should or shouldn’t do. I had a great experience and will definitely be going back to her again.
