- Paid 31 pounds for 55 min treatment got a rushed 20 min cut. 5 min wash, 10 min cut and 8 min blow dry
- Was seen 40 min late
- Chan was talking more to previous client than doing her hair therefore the delay
- Constantly moaning and complaining about how long their day has been
- hair was smelling burnt
- talking to her partner on the phone mid way doing my hair
- did not receive my treatment that I paid for
It was amazing service and the atmosphere was lively too. Talking about the haircut, Blow dry and Hair-wash; it was upto the expectation and the hairdresser freda made sure I was comfortable with it. I just felt the head massage was just for a couple of minute which could have been for more period. but overall the service as well the charges and discounts available through Treatwell app was fantastic.
Received moisture boost treatment, wash and haircut. The hairstylist was very considerate and cut the hair as desired. The moisture boost treatment, although, does not make much difference to very dry hair.
