Total lack of customer service, was not impressed from the start, would have left but needed a cut. She went too short. Also the place was a total state of a mess. The staff seemed tired and overworked, fed up, it was just two of them and they were doing everything. The sink was full of unwashed hair dye bowls. Just not want you expect when you book for something that’s supposed to be relaxing and therapeutic. Never going there ever again.
