Valentina was great. The other 2 girls were rude and hostile. Nobody notified me that the hairdresser I booked was sick.
At the end, Ferda panicked saying "you need to charge her the toner" as I was walking to the till. She was looking at me as if she was afraid I was going to leave without paying it, absolutely unnecessary and shocking. Shay charged me and turned her back without saying thank you. The 2 girls were unfriendly to Valentina too. Never had such an unwelcoming experience at a salon.

I had a great experience. Zara was very professional and accommodating of my little one who I had with me. She worked around us both un phased. Zara knew exactly what I wanted with minimal explanation from me and delivered a haircut that I was really happy with. I can’t recommend her more. I will definitely be coming back to have my haircut here in future.
