Originally my appointment was rescheduled by the store from 9.30 to 10am
Upon arrival at 9.15, I was informed that my stylist did not turn up for work, I was then asked to wait 2 hours for my hair cut instead of trying to fit me in and move up other clients
I waited for over 3 hours for a hair cut, this was not managed well at all by the team in my opinion.
At the end of this all, my hair was cut alot shorer towards the front of my face than I asked so I was not 100% happy with it
