Absolutely appalling customer service. They changed my appointment from 9:40am to 9:20am. I got to the store at was told the store opens at 9:30am (which was fine). However the 2 rude staff did not even have the common sense to communicate that to me and they carried on sitting behind their desk whilst scrolling on social media. Disgusting behaviour! I went to rush and had the BEST SERVICE provided opposite them.
