not what I wanted, showed a picture, it was nothing like it, hair wasn't toned in places. Took 5 hours, had to go again next day to get toned, another 1.5 hour. Still wasn't anything like the picture. Was a really good attempt for creating your own style, asked for balayage, showed picture a few times, she said that's fine she can do, looks like a normal highlight from home. Don't like it at all. Was willing to pay for what I wanted but I didn't. Want my money back

Georgia was amazing! I was initially apprehensive and unsure as to what cut to get, but she expertly advised me and washed, cut and blow-dryed my hair. The treatment was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep. Overall, I'm so pleased with the results!! I've only just left the salon and have already gotten compliments. She was also very friendly and I'm planning to return asap to have a blonde balayage done! Really recommend the service :)
