The lady I had originally booked was not in and they did not let me know. They asked me to come in later than my appointment time so I did. They then asked me to wait an extra 20 minutes when I arrived at the salon. It would of been nice if they just told me that the lady I had booked was not in so I could re-schedule as the appointment felt rushed. Valentina still did a good job, she was very sweet.
