My friend and I had booked appointments at the same time, but one had been changed due to another clients appointment. However both Zara and Chantelle did their best to ensure we had our appointments together. Every step of the way they were engaging with us, answering questions we had and overall made it a very happy and pleasant experience. Both our haircuts went beyond our expectations. I hadn’t cut my hair in a long time and I definitely will be coming back to Zara.

I brought the pictures with me and I wasn't expecting that she's gonna do my hair from her memory. Great customer care. Covid restrictions and sanitizer station on point. Can't wait to get back there.
